In this day and age with crime on the rise and the news media talking about all the doom and gloom as it relates to our children and the potential predators in our society, both you and your children can still feel safe and secure. We will teach your children to survive and escape potential attacks. Don't be fooled by forms and pretty moves. Real Techniques, Real Contact, and Real Results. (All contact is padded and monitored). They Can Survive "If You Choose To".....The Choice Is Yours. There's Nothing to lose but FEAR.

JUNIOR CAMP : Ages 3-7, Is an energetic fast paced FUN BASED class designed to take advantage of the varying attention spans of Children. We utilize crawls and rolls as part of the physical training. As far as contact, the only contact is a light touch based contact during the sparring competition on the last day. The majority of the Punches and Kicks are against a light weight pliable ball designed to help with hand & eye coordination, power strikes, and target acquisition. Kids are sure to have fun and be worn out at the same time. What a great way to start the Arts.

SCHEDULE VARIES : Call To Reserve Spot !
KIDS CAMP : Ages 7-15 Is More Aggresive and Designed To Build Confidence In Both Themselves As Well As Their Techniques. Both Strength and Repitition Are The Theme Of This Camp. They Will Learn The 5 Basic Escapes And Strikes Needed To Defend Themselves And Their Siblings. There Is Also More Emphasis On Sparring And Contact (Padded) So They Can Feel Better Prepared.
